Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your online order. If you have questions regarding a particular product prior to purchase, our customer service staff will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Online Purchases

If you are not satisfied with an order you placed online, please notify us by email through our online contact form to request a merchandise exchange or store credit with 10 days of receiving your shipment. We do not refund.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or give a store credit for earrings.

Merchandise returns must be mailed back to us at the purchaser's expense within 10 days from the date the order was delivered to the recipient. Pack the items for exchange or store credit only back in the parcel, include the paperwork and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Boutique Purchases

Merchandise purchased in our New York City boutique is eligible for a full exchange or store credit of the full purchase price when returned to our store within 7 days of purchase. We do not refund. Customers must present proof of purchase with merchandise in same condition as it was purchased.
