Our personal shoppers work out of our boutique in New York City and can help answer questions, suggest gift ideas, take custom orders and share products with you that may not currently be offered online. Order Status

Looking to track the status of an order you placed online? We're happy to help. Contact us by email through our online contact form and be sure to include your Order Number, Name and Telephone Number, and a member of our customer service team will contact you with details of your order in a timely fashion.

Taxes

Sales Tax is automatically added to your order in accordance with New York State regulations. Out of state residents who wish to avoid luxury tax and live in states that do not require such taxes when purchasing luxury items, will need to call and speak with a customer service representative prior to placing your order online in order to avoid such charges.

Repairs

If you have received a product that was damaged during shipping or is defective in any way, please contact us by email through our online contact form for assistance. We will be happy to repair your piece free of charge.

Gift Card Purchases

The Patty Tobin Gift Card is available at our Patty Tobin boutique in Manhattan for purchases in any amount from $75 and not exceeding $5,000. Online, Gift Cards are available in pre-set denominations specified on www.pattytobin.com. Gift boxes are provided for purchased gift cards only.

Gift cards may be redeemed only at Patty Tobin boutiques or www.pattytobin.com for purchases within the U.S. Not redeemable at Albany, Toronto or Ridgewood store locations. Not redeemable for cash or credit.

Patty Tobin is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Sales tax will not be applied for gift card purchases. If merchandise items are included in your order, tax will only apply to merchandise items.

Standard delivery is only available shipping option at this time. Delivery of gift cards will require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable shipping address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery to a non-existent shipping address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping & Handling

Patty Tobin will insure all goods shipped to the purchaser. Insurance fees are based on the value of the merchandise being shipped. An insurance calculator is available on our Shipping page with detailed information about added insurance costs for your shipment.
